Payment & Cancellations

Payment is made by bank transfer and should be completed within 5 days of the counselling session taking place. Ongoing counselling cannot continue where there is an accrued debt.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full agreed fee. Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice are charged at £10 to cover room hire. No charge is made where a break has been agreed in advance, or where I am unable to hold a session as planned.

Scheduling

I work with both fixed weekly appointments and a flexible weekly scheduling model, for clients whose work or caring responsibilities vary from week to week.

Payment for flexible sessions is required in advance, as a way of confirming the booking.
